● In an attempt to understand the status of institutional management and enforcement achievements of the Act from the implementation of the Improper Solicitation and Graft Act (September 28, 2016) to the end of December 2024, the ACRC investigated the receipt and handling of the violation reports and the status of education about the Act.
● The investigation found a total of 10,429 cases of receipt of violation reports, of which 2016 years accounted for 100 cases, 2017 years 1,265 cases, 2018 years 2,862 cases, 2019 years 2,244 cases, 2020 years 1,195 years, 2021 years 898 cases, 2022 years 590 cases, 2023 years 631 cases, 2024 years 644 cases.
