● FROM January 25, 2002, WHEN the former Korea Independent Commission against Corruption (KICAC) was launched, TO the END OF December 2024, a total OF 98,063 reports were submitted, WITH 356 reports received per MONTH ON average.
● Status OF the receipt OF corruption reports by channel: WHEN looking INTO the distribution by channel OF received reports, the internet was the preferred channel FOR reporting WITH 78,915 cases (80.5%), followed by mail WITH 11,999 cases (12.2%), personal visit WITH 4,041 cases (4.1%), fax WITH 2,366 cases (2.4%) AND outcall WITH 742 cases (0.8%).
